We learn from the credits that the "Star Wars Consultant" is a person called Miki Herman, whoever that is. Famous 
people who have had their reputations marred by being on the production crew include Ralph McQuarrie, the famous sci-fi 
artist, and Stan Winston, the special effects man par excellence. I don't think they knew what they were getting into. 

The Star Wars Holiday Special taints everything it touches. It is sinister, wretched, and not worth shelling out money for. It 
made me want to emulate Oedipus and pluck out my eyes with large needles to make my "beard bedewed with eyeballs." I 
tell you this now in the hope that you poor trusting souls out there will avoid the Holiday Special at all costs. But I have the 
sinking feeling that you'll say "Now I have to see this!" and run out and get your own copy. As I said, I'm not a particularly 
religious man, but may God have mercy on you if you do. Don't say I didn't warn you.
