In 1973... they tried a water version...but the cheer-leader outfits were polyester and didn't fair well with water.... success was not to be found...

In 1983... they tried to do an over-the-top, big MTV version with wild crazy, Flock-Of-Seagul type outfit...the girls had dreadful impailment "accidents" upon pyramid dismounts

In 1993... at the peak of the grunge era...directors for the new incarnation of "Bring It On" attempted to film with dark filters to cast a gloom upon the cheer-leaders... still audiences said "no go"

Later that same year directors tried a rally-boy version... "Bring It On" appeared to have fatally fallen for good... but had it....

In 2000... with the help of the young, upcoming tarts.... directors found their magical combination... the legacy of "Bring It On" had finally reached its acrobatical climax
